Stucco Eco - Fine
CHARACTERISTICS
STUCCO ECO is a high quality decorative wall stucco for exteriors and interiors, suitable for use for classic smooth translucent spatulated finishes with a final marble-like effect.
The product's special composition and the modern manufacturing techniques used produce a material that is much more resistant outdoors than traditional lime-based products while maintaining excellent breathability.
The product has a low quantity of V.O.C., is non-toxic, does not contain solvents or compounds that are harmful for the user and the environment.
The various pigments used are extremely compatible and provide a wider range of colours than is normally available with lime-based products.

The product is available with two different sizes of particles:

STUCCO ECO - MEDIUM :(300 microns) for obtaining effects similar to marble chips with a slight raised dots;
STUCCO ECO - FINE :(100 microns) suited to shinier finishes.

APPLICATION

We always recommend Medium Stucco Eco as a first coat on suitably prepared and seasoned supports.
Later, after at least 4 hours, apply a second coat, crossing the float strokes homogeneously.
To obtain a smoother finish, apply "fresh on fresh", a further fine coat.
As the product dries, polish with stainless steel float that must be kept clean.
PREPARATION OF THE BASE
On poorly finished cement of plaster surfaces, remove the large "bumps" and smooth with our product CONPHAT CEM, after minimum 48 hours apply a coat of the special insulating, fully covering base coat WALL BASE 025.
On solid, well finished plaster, plaster topcoats, plasterboard, apply a coat of WALL BASE 025.
On painted surfaces, check the consistency and anchorage of paints or external coatings.
Removing any old paint that is coming away and brush the surface well; on absorbent supports, apply a coat of acrylic fixative CRIL FIX suitably diluted and then apply a coat of WALL BASE 025.

NOTES FOR USE
Apply product to solid, clean surfaces that have no grease or other substances that may prevent the product from adhering.
Plaster with pull resistance higher than6 kg/cm is suitable.
Application onto lime mortar is not recommended.
Consolidate this type of support with our PRIMER MINERALE s. 103, checking the degree of adhesion achieved.
If the support is humid or has signs of efflorescence, remove ruined plaster and repair area with suitable damp-proof, restoring product.
