TONACHINO DECOR FINISH
CHARACTERISTICS
The Tonachino Decor Finish is a valuable perspirant thin plaster particularly indicated for the finish of surfaces of internal and external walls.
The principal characteristic of the product is the high permeability to the steam which allows the fast diffusion of the possible humidity inside the wall.
This important quality is given by its natural composition based on seasoned slaked lime, selected crystalline calcites, marble dusts, river sands and additives of vegetable and mineral origin.
The product is supplied by ready to use paste, neutral white or coloured in warm shades obtained by the use of strong pigments based on colouring earths or iron oxide.
It is applied in two subsequent coats and finished with a little sponge float to obtain a thin surface.

INSTRUCTIONS
To improve the outside duration of the covering, giving it a better waterproofness and resistance to the action of the atmospherical agents to the ice and to the sprouting dirtiness and of microorganisms as algas and superficial mould it is always advisable, particularly on the coloured, to apply after finishing the work and on the well dried covering a coat of protective water-repellent "IDROTOP" which, without reducing the caracteristic perspiration of the covering, limits the absorption of capillary water.
It is a characteristic of the products on mineral base to assume, sometimes, cromatic variations due to different conditions of exsiccation of the product; then it is advisable to pay a particular attention to the climatic conditions of application.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Yield about: 2 Kg./mq. for two coats.
- Tins: 25 Kg. and 5 Kg.
- Granulometry: about 0,7 millimetres.
- Aspect: thick paste.
- Exsiccation: about 4 hours on surface, complete exsiccation after 48/72 hours.
- Specific weight: 1,650 gr./l. at about 20 °C.
- Stickiness: variable in accordance with the period of storage.
- Indicative yield: 0,750 Kg./mq. for coat.
- Application: with a little sponge float.
- Dilution: ready to use.
- Colours: as from set of samples provided feasible with compatible pigments
- Application cycle: see the specific techical schedule.
- Conservation: protect from ice and hot.
